P.S. I removed the "market is active" and " market is not active" labels. They were causing errors in the code.

Set the A.V.I. to false if you want to run the H.I.A.P.E. with it's original configuration and strategy.

Again, the A.V.I. is a volatility filter that will only allow trading when the markets are active.
