The H.I.A.P.E 3.0 (A.V.I) is designed to read volatility only from the majors. It will not allow any new trades until the A.V.I. conditions are met

It only will send trades when the market activity is high. I am testing it now, its working.

P.S. I removed the "market is active" and " market is not active" labels. They were causing errors in the code.

Set the A.V.I. to false if you want to run the H.I.A.P.E. with its original configuration and strategy.

Again, the A.V.I. is a volatility filter that will only allow trading when the markets are active.
